Amazed
Just a quick note to say thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful service, and good condition that our shipment arrived in from Australia. We have now unpacked everything, and we are amazed that everything is intact and not one breakage. Compared to our experience with "Crown" in 2006 when we moved over from Australia for the first time, and were dismayed to find irreplaceable antique china, and beautiful Asian pots, etc, etc, smashed to smithereens when the boxes were opened. We have found it a delight to deal with you and your company, and thank you for offering to pay for our inspection fees to cover the delay in our shipment, caused I am sure by the events of the Christchurch earthquakes. We will definitely use your services from now on, and will recommend your Company to everyone.
