Internal Sales Consultant

New Zealand Movers in Auckland is on the lookout for a dedicated and driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you’ll serve as a key member of our sales team, specialising in Domestic and Global Removals, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through lead conversion, ensuring our customers’ needs are met and exceeded.

Day to day tasks:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, whether through phone, email, or web communication channels.
  • Provide cost estimates and quotations for customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Manage the appointment schedule for Sales Consultants and offer administrative support.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales initiatives.
  • Handle invoicing for jobs and ensure that all payments are received in full.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales and Operations departments.

Where on the lookout for candidates that:

  • Have a background in sales or transport, but if your eager to learn and thrive in sales get your application in.
  • Are self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to multitask.
  • Professional and outgoing demeanor, both on the phone and in person.
  • Quick adaptability to new computer systems.
  • Are happy to work full-time in an office environment.
