Very refreshing to have it all run so soothly
I wish to commend you all on the excellent service I received on both sides of the Tasman from your organisations when I recently relocated to New Zealand. The initial consultation with Roy, the friendly professionalism displayed by Quentin and his Team during the packing process, the communication with Tim in Christchurch and his prompt attention to all matters and finally, the duo of Horace and Aaron, who delivered my effects to Waimangaroa on the West Coast. It was very refreshing to have it all run so soothly and I thank you for this. Please pass on my appreciation to all staff concerned.
