I just wanted to let you know that our stuff arrived last week as scheduled, and the [moving] guys at this end were great. They were amazed at how well everything was packed and thought it was really well wrapped - as we already knew! They commented that it was the most professional job they had ever seen. We haven't opened every single box yet, as we are renovating etc, but have every confidence that it will all be ok.

I do have (somewhere) the evaluation form that you sent us, and when I find it I will complete it and return it to you. But I do want to say that the guys in New Zealand were brilliant - they worked hard, were very cheerful, were great to have in the house and did a fantastic job.

Everything arrived on schedule and I have nothing but praise (and thanks) for you and your company for the way the whole 'move' was arranged and executed. If ever you need a reference of any sort, we will be happy to oblige. Once again, thanks for everything. The team were very professional, friendly, polite and hard working and made the move a lot easier for us.

We really appreciated the effort they made to get everything unloaded for us on Friday night (given that the previous people didn't finish moving all their stuff until late in the day).

We were also very impressed by the level of care taken in packing everything - we have unpacked all of the boxes containing fragile items and were very impressed that nothing has been damaged, chipped or broken in any way.

Hopefully we won't be needing Allied's services again for a long time (we're not planning on moving for another 20 years) but we will definitely recommend Allied Movers to others.

Its not often people say nice things about you, generally you don’t hear anything…which usually only means nothing went wrong. I wanted to say a big thank you to both you and your teams in NZ and Australia for a job very very well done.

The NZ packing side was efficient and a nice easy process. The Aust side was excellent with a lot of assistance with the unpacking and then easy disposal of all the leftover packaging.

Best of all, with paintings, expensive Italian glass etc in our packing…absolutely nothing was broken. So, thank you…a very happy experience all round.

Just a quick note to express our appreciation for the ease that Allied Movers handled our shift from Auckland to Tauranga. From the first call we made to your company to the unloading of the last box at our new home, we could not have had better service.

As it was our first move in 37 years it was something we not really looking forward to. Allied certainly made the move seem easy.
